„Erzeugerabfüllung“ means:
- Viticulture, wine production and bottling have been done by a winemaker, wine estate, a Wine-Coop or a similar organisation.
„Gutsabfüllung“ this additionally means:
- The vineyards must have been cultivated by the estate for a minimum period of three years and the operation manager must be skilled in the wine trade.
„Abfüller“
- These are operations who buy grapes, must or wine and bottle it.
