Tradition is alive



The Estate has extensive vaulted sandstone cellars. Inside these cellars are the ideal conditions for producing and maturing precious wines. Our white wines will be kept exclusively in stainless steel tanks whereas preliminary sedimentation of the must, temperature controlled fermentation and careful handling are a basic requirement to achieve the maximum fruit flavour. Red wines will be fermented on the mash and will thus obtain their typical character with a natural tannin structure. We enhance and complete this by maturing these wines in oak and barrique casks.
